I’m from Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, a small village overlooking the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno, and it’s here that my long journey as a chef began.

A region with healthy air and excellent cuisine, the latter strongly influenced by its proximity to Naples, located along the famous Amalfi Coast.

The ingredients that have influenced my cooking for many years of passion and professionalism now have Mediterranean flavors and aromas.
In Varese, I attend the Institute for Business Experts, where I study three languages ​​that still help me today in my work as a Private Chef.

After graduating high school, I decided to dedicate myself to work, and in 2013 I moved to Milan to discover a new city. There, I attended a specialized course where I graduated with honors as a professional chef.
I then continued to attend refresher courses at renowned academies, such as that of Gualtiero Marchesi, one of Italy’s most renowned chefs.

After graduating as a chef, with great satisfaction in my heart, I decided to knock on the doors of kitchens of all kinds, from taverns to gourmet restaurants, to create and refine my cuisine. Today, it has become a blend of knowledge, flavors, travel, and endless readings in the culinary and nutritional fields.

I dedicated a lot of time to my apprenticeship, while also deciding to launch my new project as a Private Chef.

Today, nine years later, I am fully dedicated to my career as a Personal Chef for private events, corporate events, cooking lessons, parties, and team building sessions, in Italian and English.
